How do I book?

Do you have a minimum stay?

      Yes, 2-3 nights depending on the time of year. Check out the availability on VRBO/HomeAway  Click-Here

Are Linens and Towels included?

      Yes, there will be clean sheets on each of the beds when you arrive and extra set available for each bed if you would like to change them during your stay. Towels are available as well.

Is there a coffee maker?

      Yes, a Keurig. There will be some coffee pods for your use and we encourage you to bring some of your favorites.

Is the kitchen fully stocked?

      Yes, you should find everything you need to create some great home cooked meals if you do not feel like dining out. We have limited spices i.e. Salt & Pepper etc.

Do you have hair dryers available?

      Yes, one in each bathroom.

Is there an iron and ironing board available?

      Yes, stored in the downstairs guest bedroom closet.

Are there places to eat near the house?

      Yes, great restaurants all around Pinehurst and Southern Pines. When you book, we will send a list of recommendations with your welcome email and we have collection of flyers at the house. Click-Here for a list of resturants and shopping.

Are we required to clean the house before we leave?

      We ask that you bring all the dirty towels to the laundry room. We also ask that you put all dishes in the dishwasher and start before leaving. Take out all the garbage and put in appropriate garbage can. Trash in bags in Grey/Black & Recyclables in Green Can. We know you will treat our home as if it was your own and we thank you for that. Our cleaning team will be scheduled right after you leave to prepare for our next guest.

Do we get any discounts booking our rounds renting with you?

      No, sorry we do not have the ability to provide discounts.

Do we get any discount at the Spa when we rent from you?

      No, sorry we do not have the ability to provide discounts.
